10:00 a.m.: Welcome and presentation of the task
10:35 a.m.: Group finding phase
11:05 a.m.: Allocation to group rooms and distribution of materials
11:20 a.m.: Phase 1 – brainstorming
1:00 p.m.: Lunch together
2:00 p.m.: Phase 2 – concept development
6:00 p.m.: dinner together
7:00 p.m.: Backup of the day’s status and conclusion of day 1
In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks and drinks are available throughout the day.
